Custom wooden event badges, conference name tags & laminates — birch plywood, full-color printed
New for 2026, our wooden event badges are a tactile, premium alternative to standard plastic laminates. Made from authentic birch plywood, available in ready-to-ship stock shapes or fully custom laser-cut outlines. Full-color printing, individual personalization, and rounded corners are included in the price.
Our wooden conference name tags are made from birch plywood from sustainably managed forests, certified by FSC® and PEFC™. The result is a thin, durable plywood that is light to wear but feels substantial in the hand — a natural look that attendees tend to keep long after the event.
The light, clean grain of birch is an ideal surface for full-color digital printing. We print in our own production facility using state-of-the-art equipment and eco-friendly inks, so your logos, sponsor graphics, and attendee names are crisp and color-accurate on every badge. Unlike plastic, the natural wood grain adds texture that makes each badge feel genuinely different.

For something unique, we can laser-cut the badges to a custom silhouette with a few extra days for tooling. Specialty stained finishes are also available, from deep Anthracite to rich Walnut brown, which can be combined with white ink printing for a high-contrast, premium effect on wooden conference badges.
Wood event badges deserve an equally considered attachment. We recommend our custom-printed rPET lanyards made from recycled plastic bottles. If you don't need custom printing, our online store carries nearly 70 in-stock lanyard options, many in recycled rPET, ready to ship immediately.
The birch plywood in our wooden name tags is naturally biodegradable. We use low-formaldehyde adhesives that meet ULEF/CARB requirements — so the sustainability story holds up under scrutiny. It's a meaningful upgrade from plastic that attendees and sustainability-conscious event planners both notice.
