High-quality offset printing

You can order Offset Printed Plastic Cards according to ISO 7810 with different thicknesses, finishes, and effects. The finished plastic card matches the size and materials of the bank cards, loyalty cards, and most common payment cards. Also, the print quality is identical, if not better.

Plastic cards are printed in large sheets with either 16 or 32 plastic cards on one sheet. Several orders are placed on the same sheet and the price per piece is lower. For example, when 1000 sheets are printed and the card you have ordered is on a sheet of paper twice, the printing step produces 2000 plastic cards.

Minimum order of 250 pieces per design

Offset printing is not suitable for small batches, for smaller batches you should check out our range of ID cards or digitally printed plastic cards.

The print quality is less accurate but very close to the same result. The card structure is made almost identical to offset cards.

It is also possible to order special colors for plastic cards in offset printing, such as Pantone^® color-matched printing or, for example, gold or silver printing or printing.

Post-processing and finishing options

The signature panel, sequential numbering, barcode, QR code, debit card style elevation or caption, and other common features of plastic cards are all easy.

UV-responsive printing, fluorescent and heat-responsive printing, effect varnish, transparency * and holograms are also included.
