The print is part of the surface itself — no lamination needed — and the result is a crisp, professional matte finish that stays sharp from the welcome reception to the closing session. We produce everything in-house on Xerox® Beyond CMYK digital presses, which means we can go beyond standard four-color printing: metallic gold and silver, white ink, and neon colors that glow under blacklight are available as upgrades — ideal for differentiating VIP credentials from general attendee badges.
Attendee names, job titles, and QR codes are included in the listed price at no extra charge — send us your guest list as an Excel file and we handle all the variable data printing. Standard production runs about one to two weeks from proof approval, with rush and priority options available when your event is coming up fast.
