Customized Bean Bag Chairs
Promote your brand in comfort with our custom printed bean bag chairs. Made from heavy-duty 330g polyester, these chairs are built to last and available in multiple sizes. Simply send us your logo or full-color artwork, and we’ll bring your brand colors to life with vibrant, edge-to-edge printing.
Pro Tip: Our bean bags ship as covers-only by default to save you significantly on shipping costs! You can easily source EPS beads (expanded polystyrene) from a local supplier. However, we do offer filling as an add-on if you prefer them to arrive ready-to-lounge.
Each chair is printed and sewn to order at our Tennessee facility, allowing for different designs on each side. The construction features a dedicated inner liner sewn to the outer shell to keep the filling secure. We use a hidden zipper reinforced with Velcro® for a sleek, safe finish. All graphics are applied using Oeko-Tex® certified sublimation inks for a premium feel.
If you want the classic 'Fatboy' lounge experience, our XL size is the way to go.
For adult seating at trade shows or in office lounges, we recommend the XL or Large sizes. Please note that our smallest options are roughly 40" x 40" (about 3 feet square), making them ideal for kids' areas or tight spaces.
You can purchase EPS beads (polystyrene beans) from us or find them at major local retailers. If you order filling through us, we’ll pre-fill the chairs for you. Because filled chairs are bulky, shipping rates are calculated based on volume. For the best value, we recommend purchasing the printed covers and filling them locally.
Our bean bags feature a double-layered design for extra durability. The inner fabric keeps the beads contained while you pour them into the opening. Fair warning: EPS beads are notorious for static cling! Filling them can be a bit of a 'mission,' but the result is well worth the effort. Good luck—and we’re here if you have any questions!
