Beanbag chair with customized pattern
We manufacture printed beanbag chairs from durable, strong polyester, available in different sizes. Choose a suitable size and send us your design; we will make beanbag chairs with a logo or any full-color image in your brand colors.
The beanbag chairs come without filling by default so you can get the filling from a local supplier at a lower cost. You can also buy stuffing for the bean bag chair from us, or you can fill the bean bag chair yourself by purchasing the fillings separately. EPS Beans (expanded polystyrene) are available in several places.

Every beanbag chair is printed and sewn to order, and the print may be different on different sides of the beanbag chair. The material is 330g/m2 polyester fabric. Inside is a separate inner liner sewn to the outer shell that keeps the filler well in place. A short zipper and a Velcro® strip are sewn to the edge to keep the zipper hidden. The printing inks are Oeko-Tex® certified sublimation inks.
The largest of the beanbags, the XL-sized beanbag, is the closest to the popular Fatboy beanbags.
If you want to use beanbag chairs to accommodate adults, you should prefer the largest size. Please note that the smallest sizes are only about a meter by a meter or three feet square, i.e. quite small for beanbag chairs.
You can buy the bean bag filling (styrox grit, EPS beans, expanded polystyrene) from us or from any sales point of your choice. If you also order the filling from us, by default, the beanbag chair will be pre-filled. In this case, the delivery cost will be charged according to the additional product price list. To lower the delivery costs, we highly recommend filling the beanbags locally.
The printed beanbag chairs are sewn with double fabric. The inner fabric keeps the filler in place better, and it is also sewn to the outer fabric. There is a short opening on the edge that can be closed with a zipper and velcro, where the filling material can be poured into the sack. EPS beans are full of static, which is why filling can be a challenge, and the rooms are full of beans after filling. Good luck with the operation!
