Our dye-sublimated lanyards are the go-to choice for organizations that need sharp, full-color graphics with quick turnaround. Since the material starts as plain white polyester, every part of the lanyard—including the base color—is created through the printing process. This gives you unlimited design freedom and a clean, professional finish.
We print the material in long continuous rolls, transferring your artwork directly into the fibers using high-heat sublimation. Both sides are printed for full coverage, then the material is cut to length and sewn with your selected hardware. When needed, we can complete urgent jobs in just a few days.

Most clients choose bold backgrounds, patterns, or brand-matched tones. We can approximate Pantone® colors closely within the CMYK process at no extra cost.
Once the lanyards are sewn, they go through quality control and packaging before shipping. Every batch is built to your specifications—clip type, buckle options, add-ons, and length.
Pricing depends on order size and production speed. Standard production offers the best value, but we can accelerate the schedule when needed. Rush capacity covers jobs from a few hundred to several thousand pieces.
