About Us: We're Pinpops^®, a Finnish company that makes custom promotional products for businesses. Think lanyards, neck gaiters, and socks with your company's name on them. Somebody has to make those, and we're glad it's us. We come from the land of a thousand lakes (closer to 188,000, but who's counting?) and even more saunas, and we're on a mission to bring a little Finnish warmth and innovation to the world of promotional products.

About the Role: As our Inside Sales Support, you'll be part of the American crew behind our sales success, charming clients with your wit, catching the typos they didn't, and turning leads into loyal customers faster than we can say noniin. Your mission? To channel the spirit of "Sisu" as you keep customers happy and orders on track.

What You'll Do:

• Look After Customers: Answer calls and emails, prepare quotes, recommend products, and follow up on inquiries. No high-pressure sales pitches and no used-car-lot energy. Just be helpful and know your stuff.
• Stay on Top of Orders: Keep track of approvals, details, and deadlines, working with customers, production partners, and our Finnish team, who are eight hours ahead of you and will occasionally forget that.
• Keep the Office Running: Arrange shipments, track deliveries, pack orders, organize samples and supplies, and handle general office tasks. Some days involve more cardboard than others.
• Pitch In on Rush Proofs: Our in-house proofing team handles the bulk of our artwork. When a rush order can't wait in line, you'll step in to adjust the customer's artwork, build the digital proof, and get the file ready for production. Expect a handful on a busy day and none on a quiet one. Catch the typo before it ends up on 1,000 lanyards. (Don't ask us how we know.)

About You:

• Detail Detective: You're friendly, organized, and attentive to details, even when the logo arrives as a blurry JPEG pasted into a Word doc.
• Sisu Squad Member: You follow through and take initiative without waiting for someone to ask. When things get tricky, you dig in instead of giving up.
• Adobe Fluent: You may not have invented Nokia, but you know your way around Adobe software. Working proficiency in Illustrator is required. It isn't the main part of the job, but when a rush proof lands on your desk, you can handle customer-provided artwork, digital order proofs, and production-ready files with confidence. This is prepress work, not designing from scratch.
• Print Know-How (Bonus Points): Previous experience in the print industry is a plus, but not a requirement. We'll teach you the rest.
• Finnish Optional: Speaking Finnish isn't required. We wouldn't do that to you. (It has fifteen grammatical cases. Fifteen.)
