For protection, we offer two smart routes: Recyclable lamination (toss it right in the paper bin) or our Biodegradable lamination. Our bio-film is built to break down naturally in about two years—perfect for events that want to leave a lasting impression, not a lasting footprint.

We use BOSS OPP biodegradable film for a sleek, professional matte finish. It’s engineered to disappear through the action of oxygen, heat, and microorganisms over time, but it’s tough enough to handle a three-day festival in the Nashville heat without a scratch.

Can you print QR codes or sequential numbers on biodegradable conference badges?

Yes, but you'll need to provide the data for the codes. You can include this in the same Excel file as your attendee list. Just put each person on a separate row with the QR content or sequential number in its own column.

How do I submit the attendee list for eco-friendly event badges?

We need your attendee list in an Excel file. Put each person on their own row, with their name, title, and company in separate cells. If you want the badges sorted by last name, please keep first and last names in separate columns.

What lanyard hole options are available on sustainable event credentials?

It depends on the lanyard you choose. Our standard in-stock lanyards use a metal clip that works with a single round hole. We recommend two holes on the corners for larger badges to keep them from spinning. If you order custom lanyards, we'll make sure the holes match perfectly.

Can I order biodegradable event badges in multiple designs?

Yes. It's very common to use different designs for different groups, like staff vs. attendees. We can do multiple designs in one order, but there may be a small fee if any single design is for fewer than 100 badges.

What's the best way to handle last-minute attendees with eco-friendly badges?

Most people order a few blank badges along with their custom ones. That way, you can just use a sticker or a marker for anyone who registers at the door. We'll leave space on the badge for you to write in their info.

How long does production take for biodegradable conference badges?

Standard production time for our biodegradable conference badges is about one to two weeks from digital proof approval. To stay on schedule, we ask for your design 1-2 weeks ahead so we can proof it in time. That way, you can send your final attendee list as late as possible before we ship.
