Custom woven fabric wristbands — up to 8 colors, metallic thread available
Woven wristbands are built differently from printed bands. Instead of ink on a surface, your logo and colors are woven directly into the fabric using Pantone®-matched yarn — which means the design is permanent. It cannot peel, crack, or fade no matter how long the wristband is worn. Very fine details and thin lines may simplify slightly in the weave, so bold, clean artwork always produces the best result.
The minimum order is 500 pieces per design. Yarns are custom-dyed to your Pantone® specifications, so brand color accuracy is guaranteed. The most competitive per-piece pricing starts at orders of 10,000 pieces and above. For quantities under 500 pieces, our full-color sublimation printed wristbands are the right choice.
Standard woven wristbands include 2–7 yarn colors including the base color. Choose Metallic Sparkle to add genuine gold, silver, or bronze thread as one of the weaving colors — a premium effect that printed wristbands simply cannot achieve. Metallic thread is billed as a single color in the weave.
Weaving requires fixed loom time that cannot be significantly shortened. Standard production is approximately two weeks from proof approval. Express production of about one week is available at a 15% surcharge — contact us as early as possible if you have a tight event date. We ship to all 50 states and Canada. A digital proof is always included before production starts; note that the final woven result may differ slightly from the digital render, as woven fabric has a different texture and detail level than a printed surface.
Our standard pricing includes premium weaving with 2-3 colors (base color included) and our secure one-way plastic barrel closure.
