Our custom fabric wristbands combine a premium satin feel with full-color sublimation printing — no color limits, no compromises. Made from eco-friendly rPET polyester recycled from post-consumer soft drink bottles, the standard 5/8" width works beautifully for festivals, corporate events, concerts, and conferences of any size.

Secure Closure for Total Gate Control

Choose the closure that fits your event security needs. The adjustable metal bead slider is easily removable and reusable. The permanent barrel lock uses internal teeth that prevent removal without destroying the wristband — once it's on, it stays on, making your gate security bulletproof.

Full-Color Sublimation with Traceable rPET

We use Topgreen® recycled filament to produce our rPET wristbands — a fully traceable, eco-friendly material sourced from post-consumer PET bottles. Full-color sublimation means your artwork prints edge to edge with unlimited colors. Please note that metallic and neon inks are not compatible with sublimation printing.

What is full-color sublimation printing on fabric wristbands?

Sublimation printing works by transferring dye directly into the polyester fibers under heat — not printed on top, but fused into the fabric itself. The result is vibrant, edge-to-edge color that won't peel, crack, or fade. There are effectively no limits on the number of colors in your design, and adding more colors never increases the price. The only exception: metallic and neon inks are not achievable with sublimation printing.

What closure options are available for custom fabric wristbands?

Two closure options are available. The standard barrel lock is a plastic sleeve with internal teeth: once slid on, it cannot be removed without cutting the wristband. That makes it tamper-evident and non-transferable — the right choice for festivals, concerts, or any event where you need to prevent badge sharing at the gate. The alternative is a removable metal bead slider that can be taken off and put back on, which works better for multi-day wristbands or situations where you want attendees to keep them.

Can custom fabric wristbands be transferred or reused?

It depends on the closure you choose. With the permanent barrel lock, the wristband has to be cut off — there's no way to remove it intact, so transfer is impossible and reuse is prevented. That's the point: it's your gate security guarantee. With the removable metal bead slider, the band comes off cleanly and can be put back on, making it the right pick when you want a souvenir-style wristband or a multi-entry pass.

What material are custom fabric wristbands made from?

Our fabric wristbands are made from rPET polyester — recycled from post-consumer soft drink bottles. We use Topgreen® recycled filament, which means the entire supply chain from waste bottle to finished wristband is fully traceable. The result is a wristband with a smooth, high-end satin feel that's also an easy sustainability talking point for eco-conscious events and brands.

Can I get metallic or neon colors on my custom fabric wristbands?

Metallic and neon pigments can't be accurately reproduced through sublimation printing, which works by bonding dye into the polyester fibers. Everything else — photographic gradients, bold colors, fine detail — prints with excellent results. If gold or silver metallic thread is a must for your design, take a look at our woven wristbands — they're woven with real metallic yarn and give a genuinely premium look.

What width do custom fabric wristbands come in?

The standard width is 5/8" (15 mm) — the industry-standard size for event wristbands. It gives you enough canvas for detailed artwork while staying comfortable for all-day wear.
