United States and Canada — Delivery Terms

Goods are shipped primarily via FedEx or UPS, depending on weight and volume, date needed, and the delivery location. Web Store delivery prices are calculated based on volume, weight, and current promotions during checkout.

What are the Payment Options?

We accept payments by Credit Card online (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for all orders, including the Checkout on our Web Store.

We accept Purchase Orders from Public Schools and Government Agencies. Once a signed copy of the PO is received, we will verify your dispatch date. Please send your documents to our sales team.

Applying the Tax Exempt Documentation

If you buy with tax-exempt documentation, please send your documentation to our sales team. We will verify and set your account to tax-exempt.
