Screen printed lanyards are the workhorse option for conferences, staff badges, school programs, and trade show floors. If your artwork is clean (1–4 solid ink colors), you’ll get a crisp logo, consistent results, and a strap that’s built for everyday wear.
Here’s the difference in plain English: the lanyard color is dyed and woven first, then your logo is added as a separate ink layer. That’s why screen printing looks sharp on simple designs and stays durable over time. If your design is photo-heavy, full-coverage gradients, or you want color across the entire lanyard, use our full-color printed lanyards instead.

Full-color production can run as fast as 48 hours, and screen printed orders are a great value when you want a clean result on a standard schedule.
Most U.S. orders run 3/8", 5/8", 3/4", or 1" wide, with a standard 36" finished length and a safety breakaway. Polyester is the go-to, and we also offer rPET for recycled options. Add the hardware you actually need—clips, badge reels, buckles, phone loops, and more.
If your brand standards are tight, that’s exactly where screen printing shines. We can Pantone® match the base lanyard and ink colors (within normal screen print limits) so your lanyards show up looking on-brand—not “close enough.” And if something looks off on the proof, we fix it before it ever hits production.
The price includes one ink color, a trigger clip, and a safety breakaway. For additional colors or larger quantities, request a quote.
