The board is 1.75mm thick with a 115g linen-textured canvas surface, printed full-color CMYK and finished with a dispersion varnish that keeps the graphics sharp through years of repeated assembly.
Every order includes a fully custom lid-and-bottom box printed full-color with your artwork. Pieces are bagged inside with either a standard poly bag or an eco-friendly paper bag. For brands looking to sell through museum gift shops, visitor centers, or souvenir stores, we can add barcodes, matte or gloss lamination, and spot UV lacquer — everything needed to put a finished retail product on the shelf.
