Custom Printed Badge Reels for ID Cards & Keys
We offer custom-printed badge reels in multiple body styles and colors. Both models can be ordered from 100 badge reels with your logo.
Sports Reel (in-stock) is our most popular ready-to-ship option. It features a recessed dome label in the center. Choose single-sided or double-sided branding (front and back). Our dome labels are cast polyurethane, designed to stay clear—unlike low-cost epoxy domes that can yellow over time.
Carabiner Reel has a slightly curved plastic body and can be produced in a Pantone®-matched color or one of our four in-stock colors. For a fully custom body color, the minimum order quantity is 500 badge reels.
Standard production for the Sports Reel with a dome label is typically 1–2 weeks after proof approval.
For the Carabiner Reel with a custom-molded color and pad-printed logo, production is typically around 3 weeks. Pad printing on an in-stock body color is usually faster.
The Sports Reel is a fixed configuration: the only customization is the printed dome label. If you need additional attachments, we can supply keyrings and other accessories separately.
For the Carabiner Reel, you can choose a keyring or a vinyl strap with a snap closure. You can split an order across multiple attachments as long as the minimum per attachment is 100 pieces. Contact our sales team if you need other attachment options and we’ll quote it.
