Made from recycled PET bottles, RPET lanyards for sustainable future
An environmentally friendly option to standard lanyards is the RPET lanyard, derived from recycled plastic bottles. Like the standard sublimation-printed lanyards, RPET lanyards are printed in full color using the same heat transfer process called sublimation printing.
All accessories are optional, and every lanyard is printed before being cut to length and sewn with the triggers and clips you have specified. Every lanyard is custom-built to order. If you want more clips, safety buckles, or mobile holders, let us know, and we will build the lanyard precisely to the specifications.
Our RPET lanyards are made using Topgreen® recycled filament. It is an outstanding environment-friendly fiber based on the material of recycled post-consumer PET bottles, which were processed through grinding, washing, melting, re-polymerizing, spinning, and texturing into yarn. RPET lanyards are made from repurposed waste, which reduces reliance on petrochemicals and prevents environmental pollution.
The recycling and repurposing process is entirely traceable from post-consumer to yarn.
Full-color printed lanyards are easily the most popular type for events and branding. With unlimited colors, there is no limit to what the design can look like. Many of our clients choose to include a contrasting reverse side, picking a single color from the front to fill the back of the lanyard. With sublimation printing, getting different base colors on each side of the lanyard is possible.
Don't forget our biodegradable conference badges printed on recycled brown KRAFT card stock, biodegradable lamination materials, and water-based printing processes, all of which can significantly decrease an event's environmental footprint.
