Delivery and Payment Information

Our primary delivery partner for deliveries throughout Europe is FedEx. You can choose from FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority shipping.

If your order weighs less than 50 kg, we will send your parcel via a courier, which will require a signature upon delivery. You can also select a courier for orders over 50kg, if you prefer. For large International shipments and custom made products we offer a variety of alternative, often times more economical delivery options.

The amounts provided below for EU delivery show the current minimum delivery charges offered by Pinpops Ltd of Helsinki, Finland and are provided as estimates only. Additional charges may be incurred dependent upon the size, weight and value of the goods. The actual delivery charges will be calculated for you on the checkout pages prior to acceptance of your order.

Delivery times

Stock items are dispatched on the same day if ordered by 1pm GMT. Custom manufactured items, printed products and personalisation services are subject to longer lead times. Please see website product pages for individual dispatch and delivery times.

Payment method

We accept payment by Credit Card (Paypal) or using a Proforma Invoice. If you wish to pay with a proforma invoice, we will provide you with an invoice and banking information along with an IBAN bank account for you to make the payment to. We accept IBAN payments in Sterling Pound and Euro currencies directly.

For customers paying by Bank Transfer we have to wait for the wire transfer to go through before your order is dispatched. If you are in a hurry, we kindly ask for payment by Credit Card.
